{"id":1947,"date":"2017-04-14T14:42:37","date_gmt":"2017-04-14T18:42:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tourismebromont.com\/plage-municipale-lac-bromont\/"},"modified":"2026-01-04T11:27:52","modified_gmt":"2026-01-04T16:27:52","slug":"plage-municipale-lac-bromont","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tourismebromont.com\/en\/plage-municipale-lac-bromont\/","title":{"rendered":"Bromont lake municipal beach"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Come Enjoy a Day by the Water!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The public beach offers access to <strong>Lake Bromont<\/strong>*, with a dock for launching small watercraft, outdoor restrooms, swings for children, a beach volleyball area, and picnic tables. <strong>Access is free.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BEACH<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The beach is <strong>open to everyone<\/strong> \u2014 both residents and visitors \u2014 <strong>seven days a week during the summer!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>OPENING HOURS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2025 schedule was as follows and will be updated shortly before the start of the summer season:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>June 21 to August 24: daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.<br>Exception: August 24, opens at 11 a.m. due to the XTERRA event in the morning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>August 30\u201331 and September 1: open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CLEANING STATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A cleaning station for small watercraft is located at the beach entrance. <strong>All visitors must clean their watercraft<\/strong> to help protect the lake and keep it free of invasive species. Thank you for your cooperation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No watercraft rentals available on-site<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motorized boats are prohibited on the lake<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SWIMMING LANES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designated swimming lanes are available. All swimmers must have the following equipment: a swim buoy, a whistle, and a brightly colored swim cap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>*Note: <strong>Lake Gale<\/strong> is part of a protected natural area.
