David Whiteside, founder and owner of the farm, practices bio-intensive methods that allow, among other things, soil regeneration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located on the border of two eco-regions, the maple forests of the lowlands of the St. Lawrence and the mixed forests of the Appalachian foothills, Les Jardins de la Marmotte are certified by Ecocert Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
