Here\u2019s how she gives body and mind a much-needed break.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What draws you to BALNEA?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The turnkey experience. I\u2019m taken care of from the moment I arrive. I can let go and just be. I love being in nature, far from the city noise. The views and secluded setting are stunning. The thermal experience takes you through the hot-cold-relaxation cycle. I also always treat myself to a gourmet break at the restaurant. The produce is grown right on-site. It doesn\u2019t get more local than that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">And your favourite treatments?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Getting a massage that integrates stretches based on what my body needs at that moment. I\u2019m Chilean, so heat is my thing! I initially resisted the cold baths, but once I understood the benefits I managed to overcome the discomfort. I\u2019ve actually come to enjoy it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Designed for an immersive experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>BALNEA was renewed in 2023, with each detail designed to help you fully disconnect. The new infinity hot tub boasts gorgeous views of Lake Gale and the Appalachians.
