Corporate Activities The Bike Challenge by Techno Cycle
A Practical, Fun and Accessible Team-Building Activity
Discover an original way to strengthen collaboration within your team with The Bike Challenge, a team-building activity offered by Techno Cycle at the Bromont National Cycling Centre!
Over the course of three hours, participants learn the basics of bicycle mechanics before taking on a variety of mechanical challenges as a team. They must observe, analyze and solve problems related to bicycle maintenance and operation. The activity encourages communication, cooperation and problem-solving in a friendly and dynamic atmosphere.
No previous experience in bicycle mechanics or cycling is required. Participants are guided by experienced instructors, and all necessary equipment is provided.
An Activity Designed for Private Groups
The Bike Challenge is available for private groups of 4 to 10 participants. The activity takes place indoors and is offered year-round, making it an ideal option for corporate outings, team-building activities and gatherings with colleagues.
Participants begin by learning several basic techniques, including:
- repairing a flat tire
- adjusting gears
- diagnosing mechanical problems
- using tools and equipment safely
They are then divided into teams to put their new skills into practice and take on a variety of mechanical challenges.
A Turnkey Corporate Day
The experience can be enhanced with the rental of a meeting room at the Bromont National Cycling Centre, along with a meal prepared by a local chef at PittNik. This is an ideal way to organize a complete corporate day while discovering and supporting local businesses.
