The intimate 70-seat dining room offers a warm setting to savor traditional dishes like baked beans, crispy pork rinds (oreilles de crisse), and much more. For those who prefer the comfort of home, meal boxes are also available to heat and enjoy.

FUN AT THE SUGAR SHACK

The Sentier du Trotteux, a 1.5 km fun-filled trail, is perfect for exploring the forest while learning about the history of maple syrup production—a tradition upheld by the Bernard family for six generations. With puzzles, obstacle courses, and more, it’s an ideal outing for families. Don’t miss the delicious Funky maple taffy on snow!

Beyond the sugar season, the Érablière Bernard boutique offers over 100 maple-based products, including prepared dishes and desserts—perfect for bringing a taste of Quebec home.

HOLIDAY MENU

Celebrate stress-free during the holiday season with their complete festive menu available in individual portions or boxes for 6 or 12 people. Their chefs prepare holiday classics like tourtière, poultry pie, and maple syrup tart, ideal for year-end gatherings.

SPRING ACTIVITIES

On weekends, during spring break, and on holidays, enjoy on-site activities such as interpretive workshops, outdoor games, and maple taffy tastings.
