La Fromagerie Goumande de Bromont manufactures, in its adjoining workshop at the cheese restaurant, a product highly appreciated by Quebecers and visitors alike: cheese curds. It is produced through slow pasteurization without modified dairy substances, handcrafted with cow’s milk. Always fresh from the day, it can be purchased on-site in bags of various sizes.

Customers are delighted to sit down in a vintage setting and find this cheese in many of the dishes offered on the menu, including poutine and pizzas, which are also available in vegetarian versions. Concerned about its ecological footprint, the restaurant serves its food in compostable glasses and reusable dishes.

La Fromagerie Goumande de Bromont is part of the Les Têtes Fromagères des Cantons-de-l’Est a tourist circuit which brings together more than 14 cheesemakers from the Eastern Townships region.
