Bromont lake municipal beach
Come Enjoy a Day by the Water!
The public beach offers access to Lake Bromont*, with a dock for launching small watercraft, outdoor restrooms, swings for children, a beach volleyball area, and picnic tables. Access is free.
BEACH
The beach is open to everyone — both residents and visitors — seven days a week during the summer!
CLEANING STATION
A cleaning station for small watercraft is located at the beach entrance. All visitors must clean their watercraft to help protect the lake and keep it free of invasive species. Thank you for your cooperation!
Please note:
- No watercraft rentals available on-site
- Motorized boats are prohibited on the lake
SWIMMING LANES
Designated swimming lanes are available. All swimmers must have the following equipment: a swim buoy, a whistle, and a brightly colored swim cap.
2026 OPENING HOURS
- Swimming: June 20 to August 22, daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Swimming lane: June 20 to September 7
- Boat dock: May 23 to September 13, weather permitting
Please note:
- Closed in case of rain, bad weather, or blue-green algae advisories
- Access permitted only when a lifeguard is on duty
*Lake Gale is part of a protected natural area. Access to Lake Gale Beach is reserved for Bromont residents upon presentation of required proof of residency.
