Ranch de la deuxième chance

Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Eastern Townships, Ranch de la Deuxième Chance stands out as a place rooted in compassion, respect, and care for horses.

The ranch offers introductory horseback riding lessons focused on respect, communication, and building a trusting relationship with the horse. Designed for children aged 5 and up, the program takes place in a safe, fully outdoor environment.

APPROACH

Participants first learn the fundamentals of groundwork, including grooming, preparing the horse, saddling, bridling, and lunge work. This approach helps develop good habits and a solid understanding of horse behaviour before moving on to riding.

LESSONS

Lessons are offered in small groups of up to three students, ensuring personalized guidance and a meaningful experience for every participant. The goal is to share essential horsemanship knowledge while fostering self-confidence, respect for animals, and the joy of learning.
