SYNOPSIS

Upon reading their mother’s will, Jeanne and Simon Marwan are given two envelopes: one for a father they believed to be dead, and the other for a brother whose existence they were unaware of.

Jeanne sees in this mysterious legacy the key to her mother’s silence, which had been inexplicably sealed in the weeks leading up to her death. She immediately decides to travel to the Middle East to uncover the past of a family she knows almost nothing about…

Simon, on the other hand, cares little for the posthumous whims of a mother who was always distant. However, his love for his twin sister soon compels him to join Jeanne and travel with her across their ancestral land in search of a mother far different from the one they knew.
