L’Académie des saveurs at the Mountain
On Saturday, June 20, at the mountain, under the theme “Quebec Wines in Colour,” enjoy much more than a simple tasting: a true wine class.
L’Académie des saveurs is an educational experience led by Marc-Antoine Bergeron, sommelier at Terroir l’Agence, designed for the curious, food and wine lovers, and anyone looking to better understand wine. Here, you’ll taste, observe, compare, ask questions… and most importantly, develop your palate.
A guided tasting experience in 5 pours
Step by step, you’ll discover the foundations of Quebec wine – its grape varieties, styles, regions, and identity – through a structured, interactive, and accessible presentation. Note-taking, open discussion, and hands-on learning are at the heart of the experience.
Your ticket includes a gondola ride and an interactive wine class.
From sparkling wine to orange wine, this class will take you through the full range of flavours and styles that showcase the richness of Quebec’s terroir.
