Gato Tacos + Mezcal

Located in the heart of Old-Bromont, since summer 2025, Gato charms visitors with the warm atmosphere of its historic house and its authentic Mexican cuisine!

Our tortillas are made locally from whole corn, stone-ground using traditional volcanic lava millstones.

The cheeses, inspired by Mexican traditions, are crafted by local artisans. Our salsas, made with fresh tomatillos and dried chilis, deliver bold, complex flavors.

As for cocktails: freshly squeezed lime juice, pure agave syrup, and premium spirits — simple, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Pro tip from the team: enjoy them on our beautiful terrace!
