Stéphanie Boulay at the Espace culturel St. John
Est-ce que quelqu’un me voit? That’s the title of the second solo album that Stéphanie Boulay will present at the Espace culturel St. John on September 12!
With a light heart and more confidence in herself than ever, Stéphanie Boulay will take the stage again—solo, yes, but surrounded by her cherished friends (Charles Blondeau on drums, Camille Gélinas on keys, and Alexandre Martel on guitar and bass)—to perform her second solo album, Est-ce que quelqu’un me voit?
She’s driven by an insatiable desire for agency, freedom, and to carve out her own path—even if it means starting from scratch—to meet an audience that likely doesn’t know her yet, or at least not like this.
Gifted at creating, night after night, moments that have never existed before and will never exist in quite the same way again—making people laugh while opening up with self-deprecation and bold honesty—Stéphanie will share brand-new songs she spent two years drawing out from within herself, with the help of producer Alexandre Martel. These songs are raw, intimate, and straightforward, but also free, messy, radiant, and danceable.
THE ESPACE CULTUREL ST. JOHN
The show will be presented at the St. John, an architectural gem built between 1882 and 1885 and transformed into a venue for arts and culture.
