Bromont’s cycling networks aren’t just for summer. In winter, there’s 40 km of groomed trails, with something for everyone: 

• Mont Oak network: Family-friendly and perfect for beginners; accessible in the evening

• Bromont National Cycling Centre: 3.5 km of trails; perfect for beginners

• Parc des Sommets: Great for more experienced riders

• Mountain network: For riders with good climbing stamina and experience with descents

Cross-Country Skiing

There’s the Villageois network right in town and the C1 Ceinture de randonnée encircles the base of the mountain. Also worth discovering: The Olympic Equestrian Park – an 8-km loop in a true winter wonderland with breathtaking views of the mountains.

Good to Know: You can rent snowshoes, crampons, cross-country skis, and fatbikes at the Parc des Sommets pavilion.

Backbone Boulder Climbing Centre

Inspired by the chill vibe of expedition base camps, Backbone has become a real hot spot among families, nature lovers, and athletes. Alongside the 16-foot bouldering walls you’ll find a café-restaurant that’s open to all, serving up local drinks and Asian-inspired street food, as well as a co-working space, a welcoming terrace, a slackline park, and a summertime firepit. Climb, relax, eat, drink – it’s all good!
