With 150 km of marked trails across five distinct networks, this exceptional natural space invites you to choose your pace and truly reset. Wander quietly beneath the canopy or climb toward sweeping views. Nature will do the rest.
Along the trails, interpretation panels introduce the area’s wildlife, plant life, and ecological realities. Those who prefer to linger can stop at scenic lookouts and picnic tables placed at key viewpoints to take in the surrounding landscape.
Forest Bathing: Slow down and feel
Time in the forest clears the mind and steadies the breath. It’s simple, powerful, and accessible to all ages. Experiencing it in an exceptional 150-hectare forest rich in biodiversity makes it even more meaningful.
The Lac Gale network is made for immersion. Parc des Sommets offers Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing) sessions here, along with guided hikes that explore the park’s history, biodiversity, and natural environment.
This conservation area is open to non-residents of Bromont on weekdays and is especially popular with hikers thanks to its enchanting setting, which includes a beautiful waterfall, a peaceful lake, and a summit offering impressive views over the domain.
