Kristine Mansuy, founder of KiKico, developed an obsession for the arts of the table; The good and the beautiful. The good is found in gastronomy, wine and conviviality. The beautiful translates to encounters, journeys, and above all to the sparkle in people’s eyes. She was able to make an art out of her will to do things well, which shines through in her professionalism and precision. She’s been making her mark for more than ten years now in high-end food and wine hospitality. Kristine is a graduate sommelier from ITHQ.
