Bromont : Open-air gallery

26 June 2026

In Bromont, art isn’t confined to walls. It unfolds along streets, in parks, and across public spaces. Look closer and use this self-guided walking route through Old-Bromont to discover the creativity woven into the landscape.

Place publique

705 rue Shefford

A true community effort created with artist Isabelle Marissal and the Tess’Elles collective, this mosaic brings together contributions from residents of all ages, each tessera forming part of a shared visual story.

Campus Germain-Désourdy

20 rue John-Savage

The world of ice sports comes to life on this arena wall, created by Bromont artists Zoé Boivin, Christine Battuz, and Marc Serre to mark the city’s 60th anniversary. Soft pastels and vintage touches give it a distinctly local feel.

Parc John-Savage

This open-air gallery, set beside the St. John cemetery, features works shaped by the territory and the stories it holds. Benches and a gazebo offer lovely views of Espace culturel St. John and the mountain beyond. If inspiration strikes, draw or write on the slate boards at the nearby Jardin de mots.

Bibliothèque Pauline Quinlan

37, chemin de Gaspé

A bright, welcoming gallery space with rotating exhibitions throughout the year, showcasing local and regional artists in an intimate setting.

Symposium Bromont en art

Symposium Bromont en art sur la rue Shefford

Each August, Old-Bromont becomes a living gallery. Since 1999, this event has grown into Québec’s largest gathering of visual artists, with nearly 125 creators presenting over 1,000 original works along a walkable 1-km route.
