EXPO by Vague Urbaine at Public Square
A local celebration of music, arts, and community.
EXPO by Vague Urbaine is back at the Old-Bromont Public Square on Saturday, August 15 for a brand-new edition that’s festive, welcoming, and community-driven.
Featuring: a lineup of local and emerging music acts, DJs, bold artists, delicious street food, and local drinks, all in a vibrant, current atmosphere firmly rooted in underground culture.
Admission is free!
Everyone is welcome, the whole family!
The event will run from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Schedule
Starting at 2:00 p.m., the festivities will kick off with selections by Maaruo, OWL, and G-Mak, accompanied by OneType, who will get the crowd moving with deep, house sounds and live MC performances.
Attendees will also be able to discover artistic performances by Collectif Espaces Corbeaux, live creations by SugarPopDandy, sound explorations by 5IROI5, and two hip-hop dance solos presented by Tendanse (Léanie and Emma).
Mackss will then take over the DJ booth between the band performances, keeping the energy going before welcoming As Yan, Madriina, Plier Bagage, and Victories on stage. The day will end with the explosive energy of Wompa, who will make the Place publique resonate to dubstep beats.
Food and Drinks
Drinks will be provided by Brasserie La Ferme and Distillerie Shefford. A tempting selection of food stalls will also be available on site.
Creative Zone
On site, a creative zone will invite the public to take part and express themselves through art in a free, inclusive, and inspiring atmosphere. It will offer participatory activities for the whole family: bracelet making, custom stickers, T-shirt printing, and several other interactive workshops.
And that’s not all: a few additional surprises will be waiting for attendees.
